1. To prevent cookies from going stale, store your cookies in an air-tight container or in a sealable bag with a slice of bread. They should last 5-7 days.
2. Scoop all your cookie dough while the dough is soft… line them on tray and then place in the freezer or fridge until firm. Then place in an air-tight container or a freezer bag; store in the freezer for up to 3 months.
3. It’s better to slightly underbake cookies so you can warm them in the microwave for 10-15 seconds for that warm, fresh-baked texture.
